Are leads exclusive?
Yes, your lead order is designed around matched project opportunities for your business, not mass-distributed contact lists. The specific delivery terms for your order will be outlined in your agreement before payment.
Are lead orders refundable?
No. Lead orders are non-refundable once purchased. If a delivered lead qualifies for replacement under the agreement, Ignite will replace that lead rather than issue a refund.
How long does it take to receive my lead order?
Lead delivery depends on your trade, service area, project requirements, and order size. Ignite has up to 45 days to complete your order, allowing us to prioritize lead quality and proper matching rather than sending poor-fit opportunities just to fill an order quickly.
